Donations

• All donations are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

• We urge donors to double-check the amount and details before completing any transaction.

• In the case of a transactional error (e.g., duplicate payment, technical failure), you may write to us within 3 days of donation at icchapurtiganeshji@gmail.com

• Any genuine errors will be reviewed internally and resolved at the discretion of the Trust management.

Contribution Receipts

• Once a donation is successfully processed, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to the donor.

• If you do not receive a receipt within 24 hours, please reach out to us using the contact details provided below.
